What Full-Scope Installation and Clean-Up Covers

Updated October 2026

Most landscaping contractors hand off clean-up to a secondary crew, or skip it entirely. InfinityTurf Landscaping LLC doesn't operate that way. Every installation and clean-up job we take runs start to finish with the same licensed team: site prep, demolition, installation, and a thorough site sweep before we leave. That's what 10 years of installs and a 4.9-star rating across 27 Google reviews looks like in practice. If you want the job done without coordinating three separate contractors, call (623) 263-2652.

The scope of a landscape installation varies significantly depending on what's going in. A basic artificial grass installation on a small residential lot runs a different timeline than a combined travertine-and-turf backyard with drainage rerouting. What doesn't change is the clean-up standard: every site gets debris removed, excess materials hauled, and the surrounding property restored before we consider the job complete. Cost drivers on any installation include square footage, existing materials that need demolition, soil condition (caliche layers in desert yards add prep time), and the complexity of the finished design. Every job is different, contact InfinityTurf Landscaping LLC for an accurate estimate.

Our Process

How Every Install Gets Done

Three stages, one crew, no handoffs.

  1. 01

    Site Prep and Demolition

We assess and clear the existing surface first, old turf, rock, compacted caliche, whatever's there. Grading and resloping happens at this stage so drainage is correct before a single paver or turf roll goes down. Skipping this step is why other installs fail.

  2. 02

    Material Installation

Whether it's artificial turf, travertine pavers, desert landscaping rock, or a custom design layout, we install to spec with professional-grade equipment and an STC Certified Installer credential behind the work.

  3. 03

    Final Clean-Up and Walkthrough

Once installation is complete, we remove all excess materials, haul debris off-site, and do a full perimeter check. You won't find leftover sand, cut-off turf edges, or paver chips in your garden bed. The site is clean before we call the job done.

What's Included on Every Job

  1. 01

    Demolition and Removal

Existing materials, old lawn, gravel, cracked pavers, get pulled out and hauled away. You don't arrange a separate dumpster.

  2. 02

    Grading and Base Prep

Proper slope and compaction before anything gets installed. This is where drainage problems start or get prevented. We don't rush it.

  3. 03

    Professional Installation

Turf, pavers, travertine, rock, putting greens, installed by the same licensed crew that prepped the site, with no subcontractor handoffs.

  4. 04

    Full Site Clean-Up

Debris hauled, surfaces cleared, edges trimmed clean. The property gets a final walkthrough before we pack out. No secondary clean-up crew needed.

Why It Matters

The Cost of Getting Installation Wrong

artificial turf installation work, professional service in Phoenix, AZ
Bad installs don't fail at the finish line. They fail at the base. Turf that bubbles or lifts after the first monsoon season was laid over improper compaction. Pavers that shift in year two were set on inadequate base material. Drainage issues that flood a patio during summer storms trace back to a grading cut made in a hurry. We've reworked enough of those jobs over 10 years to know exactly what shortcuts look like. So we don't take them. The site prep phase gets the same attention as the final install, because that's what determines how the project holds up in desert heat, monsoon rain, and daily use. Honestly, the clean-up standard matters too. A site left with debris scattered in adjacent beds, turf off-cuts piled against the fence, and sand on the driveway signals how the crew operated throughout. We treat final clean-up as the last quality check, not an afterthought.

Installation and Clean-Up: Common Questions

Do you handle demolition of the existing yard before installation?
Yes. Demolition is part of the scope on every project. We remove existing turf, concrete, pavers, rock, or compacted fill, whatever's there, and haul it off-site before installation begins. You don't need to arrange separate disposal. The base we prep is what determines how long the finished install holds up.
How do you handle clean-up on larger installation jobs that span multiple days?
On multi-day projects, we clear the active work area at the end of each day, loose materials staged, cut debris collected, access paths kept clear. Final clean-up on day one isn't final clean-up on day three. The full site sweep happens once installation is complete, and we do a walkthrough before we leave.
Does the caliche layer in desert soil add time to the installation process?
It can. Caliche is a hardened calcium carbonate layer common across the Valley, and it varies in depth and density from yard to yard. Where it sits shallow, we break and remove it before setting base material. That's not optional for turf or paver installs. A caliche layer without proper drainage cuts is a drainage problem waiting to happen. We assess it during site prep and adjust accordingly.
What do you remove during the clean-up phase after turf installation?
After a turf install, clean-up covers: excess infill material, turf off-cuts and edge trimmings, any sand or compacted base material that escaped the work zone, packaging, and equipment. We also brush the turf fibers upright as part of the finish process. The surrounding area, driveway, adjacent beds, perimeter fence line, gets checked before we pack out.
Is installation and clean-up handled by the same crew or separate teams?
Same crew, start to finish. We don't subcontract the installation and hand clean-up to a separate team. The people who prepped your site are the people who install it and the people who sweep it out. That's not a selling point. It's just how a job gets done without things falling through the cracks between handoffs.
How long does a typical residential landscape installation take from site prep to clean-up?
A straightforward turf replacement on a standard residential lot typically runs one to two days, including prep and clean-up. Paver projects, combined turf-and-paver layouts, or yards with significant demolition or grading needs take longer. We give timeline estimates specific to each job during the quote process. Not a generic range that doesn't account for what's actually in your yard.
What does the clean-up phase after turf installation actually include?
After a turf install, clean-up covers excess infill, turf trimmings, any sand or base material that escaped the work zone, packaging, and equipment. We also brush the turf fibers upright as part of the finish. The surrounding area, driveway, adjacent beds, perimeter fence line, gets checked before we pack out.
Is the installation and clean-up handled by the same crew or separate teams?
Same crew, start to finish. We don't subcontract the installation and assign clean-up to a different team. The people who prepped your site install it and sweep it out. That's how you avoid things falling through the cracks between two crews who never talk to each other.
